“First, I want to start by saying I’m not much of a reviewer (this is actually my first one ), but my experience here deserved to be shared. I’m new to the cigar world and found Northville Cigar Lounge while searching for a reputable lounge and shop to buy from. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly and the atmosphere was a vibe all around. I was told that if I needed any help, to feel free to ask, which I immediately took them up on. The owner came out, introduced himself, and I explained that I’m new to the hobby, starting to learn what I like and don’t like, but could use some professional advice and recommendations. He walked me to the humidor and gave me his thoughts based on where I’m at and what I’ve been enjoying so far. He was patient, answered every question I had, and never made me feel like the noob I am lol. They even threw in some goodies on the house to help me get started. They went above and beyond, so I wanted to take the time to tip my hat to their professionalism. That kind of hospitality feels rare these days, and I genuinely appreciated it. Looking forward to coming back and hitting the lounge in the future with my Pop’s and buddies.”

“After my previous experience, I reluctantly stopped by the store today because I was in a time crunch. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my interaction with the manager. It was clear that my previous experience had been shared with him, and he took the time to address my concerns with kindness and professionalism. Out of respect for the manager and the way he handled the situation, I have deleted my previous review and am submitting this updated one instead. Thank you for taking the time to make things right.”

“Cali Smokes is hands down the best smoke shop in Farmington Hills! The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a clean, well-organized store and friendly, knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about helping you find what you need. Whether you're into hookahs, vapes, glassware, or tobacco, they have an amazing selection of high-quality products at great prices. What really sets Cali Smokes apart is the level of customer service. Marvin, the owner, is incredibly helpful and passionate about the shop—he’ll take the time to explain products and recommend the best options for your needs. It’s rare to find that kind of personal attention these days. The vibe is super chill, and the store has a lounge-like feel that makes you want to hang out a bit longer. “Thank you to anyone who has taken the time to read this review. I implore you take the time for yourself to enjoy Woodstock Tobacco. In my time I have been to more smoke shops than I can count. However, not one of them have remotely come close to Woodstock Tobacco. This is a special smoke shop unlike any that is worthy of its high quality products, combines knowledge and outstanding customer servjce. I wish more shops operated and followed the way of Woodstock Tobacco. . When you enter one feels the immediate safety of being in a beautiful smokers oasis. Personally I feel safe and that is important for me when i am shopping at a smoke shop, liquor stories, etc. Most stores when I visit I am in and out of there. Feeling welcome is important, Woodstock Tobacco welcomes anyone at their store. You are always met the moment you walk in and greeted by one of their friendly staff or owner. I truly feel they love what they are doing and are here to help you have the best shopping experience that they can provide. In addition to the above, any and all questions that one may have will be taken into full consideration and handled with the highest level of excellence. Their lovely staff and owner will make sure you walk out of the store satisfied wanting to return. I implore you to please do treat your self kindly and stop by Woodstock Tobacco. Thank you again ✌️”

“The guys here are soooo awesome!!! They are always very sweet and will order and keep things in stock for their regulars!!! I feel they go the little extra mile for their customers and are genuinely happy to help and not sighing when I get a little indecisive, like some other places I've visited. Instead they try to help me figure out what I would like based on what I have liked in the past!! Excellent smoke shop with excellent people! Thanks guys!!!????”

“I just had a great experience at Smokers Depot and Beyond! The staff was super friendly and actually asked if I needed help, which is nice compared to other places. They have a huge selection of stuff like cigarettes, loose tobacco, vapes, pipes, glass bongs, nectar collectors, grinders, scales, trays, papers, and cigarellos—pretty much anything you could want. I really liked that they let you try things in store, and they were clear about having no refunds or exchanges once you leave, which totally makes sense. They also said they’d replace any products if there were issues before you leave, which is awesome. Plus, their prices are the best around, and the staff is cool about negotiating. I definitely recommend Smokers Depot and Beyond if you’re in Garden City!”
