I came to him 3 different times to work on my cars. Not only he solved the issue, he also mentioned about the warranty. On my Honda Odyssey he changes the Spark plugs and Breaks. On my other car he changed the back Drum and breaks.

“We have used Darby’s Auto Repair for years. The shop is on AnnArbor road in Livonia.. They are very transparent and priced fair. Gary totally explains to you what he is doing and will let you know if something isn’t necessary to fix. We had a tail light go out on the car and Ford wanted $500 for the original part. Gary gave us a choice to get an aftermarket part that fit just fine for way less money. if you want someone that you can trust with your car, who is fair and honest choose Darby Auto Repair.”

Always on time for the scheduled towing I’ve arranged, and the driver was flexible and waited almost an hour when I had some testing take longer than expected. “Early Saturday morning we were on our way to Grand Rapids for my son’s hockey tournament and my wife’s transmission failed on 275. We called 3 places and they were all 2 hours out and wanted several hundred dollars for a tow back home and we were in a rough spot. Sparks towing was the 4th place I called, he was currently on another tow helping someone else, but heard my situation and said let me see what I can do I’ll call ya right back. He called back in 5 minutes, sent someone right out and we were back home in less than a half hour and on our way to GR in no time and charged less then the others. Because of them we saved money and made it to the game on time. I am grateful for them and they have a customer for life.”

“Joe Prokop was an absolute life saviour . Pure professional and customer service far exceeded what I was expecting . Please give this gentleman a raise , a gift card for a nice meal or a paid vacation off ! After being disappointed and stranded from a local competitor the day before ( Continental roadside assistance). We were feeling defeated and down with what was going to happen . We had two young children travelling with us and just wanted to get back home which was 6 hours away . When Joe showed up , he greeted us with a smile and gave us certainty that we would be back up and running . He delivered us on our promise and made sure to wait until we were on our way before taking off unlike the other competitor who was rude , seemed like he didn’t want to be there and was in a hurry to leave . Once again thank you Joe and thank you Hadley’s Towing for hiring Joe to take care of your customers ! Will definitely recommend this company moving forward . I give Joe 10 plus stars ⭐️”

“Tried to sell me coffee full price 3.50 for 2 medium coffee's. Coffee had to be six hours old at least and had to heat up in microwave. But said how bout half off. He says how bout a buck 50. I said thank you. I accidentally spilled it anyways, when I got outside somehow. Still recommend this store over mobil and the marathon down the street.”

“I was traveling with my mom, 3 year old, & 5 month old to doctors appointments at U of M. We live about 2 hours away. We were 10 minutes out from our destination when we experienced a flat tire. We were pulled over on the side of the highway, in the rain and now running late for our appointments. We called Greater Towing & they came out within 10 minutes & helped us get back on the road. On top of that I was having issues with my debit card & they still didn’t hesitate to help us. They are definitely not out to get anyone’s money. Truly they saved the day for us & I can’t recommend them enough.”
