I would strongly advise against going here for anything related to passports. Two different times my appointments were canceled on the day of the appointment due to this location being short staffed or due to their passport photo equipment not working.

Not sure if it is the branch or the US postal service in general, but no one there seems competent -- not the desk clerks, not the delivery people. No one. And there is not even a manager in charge who you can talk to. No one. They force you to call an 800 number and file a generic complaint. Ridiculous.
