“My client was pu by me at nursing facility she couldn't walk...sil worker brought mail there were holding for her outside to the car. ..didn't get his name ...Black mail carrier you are the Best!...this was the only way to remember you on a Monday....heck I'm Black female....nice is nice no matter what color... ? Great Post Office”
“Extraordinary customer service. I live in Oregon and mailed a package to Plymouth where it got held rather than being delivered. I spoke with a representative (Muhammed) who cleared everything up and made a personal trip to deliver my package right after I called. He went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. If he is an example of the neighborliness of Plymouth, I am happy my daughter and her family have moved there and can’t wait to visit ?”

Despite being the only staff member available and managing a high volume of items, Veronica remained calm, focused, and professional throughout the process. I appreciated her consistent kindness and courtesy, even as I paused between batches to allow other customers to be served. Her composure and excellent service made a significant impression on me.
