I had a great experience at this store. Kollin was the rep that helped me. He was thorough explaining the changes I was making to my account and handled some other issues outside the store with ease. He put my screen protector on like a pro. The store was clean, the queue moved quickly. Thank you!

I did not have a good experience at this store. I had someone install a screen protector hastily on my phone. The person acted in a condescending manner when I pointed out the bubbles all over the screen protector. He said I need to speak to the manager to get a replacement which I have to install myself. I spoke to the manager. The manager was more unhelpful. He tried to smooth out the bubbles but I am sure they will be back. The manager said we needed to register the product online with the manufacturer and pay for shipping to get the replacement. Even though I just bought the product he would not give me a replacement. You better go to Best Buy if you need to install screen protectors right and get replacements without paying for "shipping". Best Buy charges a fee but you get better service and be treated professionally.

Great customer service the moment you walk in the door! Pleasant and helpful. After getting signed in, I'll admit the wait time can be a little frustrating but the service is worth it.

Just left the store after trying to activate a phone. Switching my phone for a newer model that I didn’t buy at Verizon so they were going to charge me $30 to transfer the information from my phone to the new phone. Ridiculous after being a customer for 30+ years!! Customer service rep was nice but this is no way for @Verizon to treat a customer especially for the monthly charge. Very disappointed now former customer!!

Like the first few reviews I read , I experienced the same thing...I went in to see about upgrading my phone . The salesman was not honest and transparent about the total bill I would be paying . I even flat out questioned the amount he was showing me and it did not seem correct. I said it should only be $10 more a month for the phone . He came back saying that was correct it's only $10 more and my auto pay discount isn't seen so don't worry. Actually I am paying $20 more because they upgraded my service even when I said I did not want to upgrade my service. If he would have explained everything correctly especially when I asked to clarify what I was seeing , he should have said you're paying $10 for the phone and you will have to upgrade your service which is another $10. In that case I would have never upgraded the phone and waited for better deals ...I went back to the store to clarify again and share my dissapointment , the manager response was basiclly to bad so sad you signed the paper .She says I can return the phone but will be charged a $50 service fee. I work with the public as well and we would never treat or accept a customer being upset , especially if it was our own error in explanation . This review will not create change because I am reading the same issues with others, and obviously they are not concerned or it wouldn't be repeated. A long time happy Verizon customer is now disappointed ... but what do they care , it's all about making their commission . Be careful if you go to this store ...make sure everything is written out and explained a couple times before you sign and I would even tape the conversation if you have the opportunity. I am sure I will get a generic response like all the others .." so sorry your experience wasnt a good one ...blah blah blah ...we strive to create a happy experience yada yada ..I generally write great reviews for companies ...obviously not with this store . I will definitely read reviews in the future first ...I did not think I would have to with Verizon...I am hoping Corporate sees who is representing their company .

Went in 2 times to upgrade my phone and walked out both times disappointed. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone/get a quote but the sales rep told me to go buy a phone elsewhere instead. They claimed that they would be fully transparent with me while simultaneously giving me misleading prices and vague explanations (like not giving me a full breakdown of the services/items, adding extra services to the invoice). Would recommend other locations over this one, I got a much better deal and service at a different one.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I went to the store yesterday to purchase a new iPhone. The customer service rep was rude and told me my wife (the Account Owner) needed to purchase the phone online. So my wife ordered the phone and scheduled an appointment for me to get it set up today at the store. The set up fee was $30 and the rep was much more professional. However, after activating the phone, the rep left for his hour lunch break without mentioning to me. When I asked another rep for assistance, they told me I could leave and watch a YouTube video on how to activate and set up the phone. The kicker is when I called Verizon customer service for a $30 refund and they were unable to process because the store would not answer the phone. Worst customer experience I've had in a long time.

I have visited this place many times before.ALL the employees that I have experienced,were very helpful. However whenever you try to call the local number, it sends you to an automated system where it is nearly impossible to speak to a live person. Never mind trying to get ahold of them in the store. That won't happen as far as I know. At the moment I don't have transportation so I'm not able to go into the store.I only want to speak to a person about my personal questions and situation.I was finally able to speak to a person by calling the 800 number and using someone else's phone that does not have Verizon as their carrier.It's not a good experience when you're only trying to get help. It's extremely frustrating, especially when you have been a customer for over 10 years and need a new phone.

Went into the store regarding a phone trade in issue. After checking in to the store on my phone and waiting over an hour to talk with a rep, I was told, Can't help you. Call 611. Next please. This store does not want your business.

I walked into Verizon to discuss an issue with my Sim card. I tried discussing my problem with one of the representatives, but she insisted on almost yelling at me that the issue I was facing did not have any solution that could be fixed in store; I had to speak with Verizon’s customer service over the phone. A suggesting one or two options, she continued to practically yell, and share my business with the rest of the store. I was only there for a few minutes, but it was a terrible customer experience, and I really expected better from Verizon. My experience is the other Verizon stores was better and staff were calmer.

I don’t like how they tell you that you need a line for the Apple Watch and that you just can’t have Bluetooth on it. That is a lie. I ended up returning my watch. Just because they said I had to have a line plus an activation fee.. I even called customer service and they told me I didn’t need a line to have it work. I did end up returning it and went to the Apple Store and got a new one. I was able to get a watch and it works great. Plus the Apple Store was way better experience and it was a lot cheaper. You were able to try on all the different watches So instead of payin $530 plus an activation fee and a line.. I ending up paying $430 at Apple Store. The workers were friendly.

They are not upfront about products. Purchases gizmo watches for our kids and weren’t told they are not able to text us but a few preset texts. Went to return and was told then and only then we have to pay for the subscription for 6 months. I asked for where that was in writing and was told it’s not in writing just common knowledge.

My wife and I came in to the store 30 minutes before closing time. We had recently purchased AT&T phones,which we were very dissatisfied with, and wanted to switch back to our Verizon phones. This became a very involved process due to the timing of canceling our Verizon account when we got our AT&T phones.But thanks to the expertise and diligence of the store manager Haley, and her associate Shelby, they were able to get both of us switched back to our original Verizon phones. Haley also made sure that we got the best price available. They hung in with us for an hour past closing to make sure that our needs were met.My wife & I were very impressed with both of them! Much appreciated!
