So far this place has been good. Seems to be taken care of very well. Always seems clean and not a bunch of shady people running around. I did find it difficult to get in touch with anyone but the online services work well.

Zero stars if I could. Got a storage unit, never used it. Called and sent an email the NEXT DAY to cancel it. They took 3 WEEKS to get back to me and told me it was too late for a refund and that they wouldn't honor it. It's not my fault yall took 3 weeks to get back to me! I called and left messages the DAY AFTER I got the unit. This place is a joke, I'm disputing it through my card company.

When they say "immediate access," they mean it. You get a storage unit and gate access code assigned on the payment confirmation page. This is the second time I've used them. Cancelling the unit is just as easy, too.
