“I was not having the best day when coming in to get new wipers, so I wasn’t the nicest but the mechanic still was very helpful and saw me and my friend struggling to put the new wipers on my car so he came outside and put them on for us. Definitely deserves a raise”
“3rd party experience only, gotten many a product from here for all various types of projects, and know that even though I haven't personally been in the shop, they're the people/place to go to around here for seriously...anything...battery. Because if it's not on hand(but usually is) they will get it quick, like 24 max 48 hrs. Everyone I know who did do the actual in person impromptu walk ins, their customer service is retold as usually impeccable, and casual. Support local biz too right?”

“I needed a watch battery for a several decades old Citizen watch and was thinking I might need to leave the watch since I thought it would be tedious to get the back cover off. I was delighted that the technician had the watch cover off in no time, had popped in the new battery and even set the time and calendar for me.
I definitely want to use this location again so I opted for the lifetime battery replacement option ($23.99 vs. $15.99 for the single battery).
They have a great battery assortment for such a small store and great service to boot.”
