“I went into the store Wednesday morning to buy a new battery for my car. Logan assisted me and changed my battery with the quickness that almost seemed like magic. He twirled that socket wrench like a pro! I stood with amazement watching him perform in such a way. I told him he should make tutorials and show people how to do this on YouTube. I even wanted to tip him but he wouldn’t accept it. I highly suggest visiting Logan with whatever your car needs may be. I’ll definitely be going back! Thank you O’Reilly and than you Logan!!!!!”
“Walked in and was greeted (this makes a huge difference in auto stores as most do not greet in muskegon), gentleman was busy with a customer but still greeted, then when it was my turn was happy to help, professional, fast, knowledgeable and very polite.
