“I went into the store Wednesday morning to buy a new battery for my car. Logan assisted me and changed my battery with the quickness that almost seemed like magic. He twirled that socket wrench like a pro! I stood with amazement watching him perform in such a way. I told him he should make tutorials and show people how to do this on YouTube. I even wanted to tip him but he wouldn’t accept it. I highly suggest visiting Logan with whatever your car needs may be. I’ll definitely be going back! Thank you O’Reilly and than you Logan!!!!!”

“Absolutely recommend!! Samantha and David are heaven sent! I came in thinking I just needed coolant and asked for help they came and looked and what I would need and they spotted I had a crack in my resiviour!! Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do and send me away they showed me a temp. Fix and helped me apply it. On top of that they also filled my coolant :) the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a auto store. If I could I would absolutely give them a higher rating then 5 stars.”
“Walked in and was greeted (this makes a huge difference in auto stores as most do not greet in muskegon), gentleman was busy with a customer but still greeted, then when it was my turn was happy to help, professional, fast, knowledgeable and very polite. Rep that helped is named Adam based on his name tag. Will continue returning only to Oreilys on Apple Ave because of this atmosphere that made me feel comfortable to ask questions and actually get help in a professional manner.
