“Update to original post. I have been a Tri- cities YMCA since 1983. Yes I would recommend the Y to anyone. The types of classes they offer along with the great instructors will fill anyones needs and capabilities. Renee, Misty, Hilda and all the rest of the staff do an excellent job with the classes and explain to and assure that you are doing it correctly. Pleasant and professional. The pool is a great place to swim and get your cardio workout done. Lifeguards are always keeping a close eye on you. Hilda is excellent at the yoga instructor and I can’t wait until her next class. It is like an hour of physical therapy. She explains every move and is willing to help out after class with physical issues. Amazing Amanda does yoga and other class instruction and love her too but schedules don’t match as well. The rest of the staff is just as good from the front desk staff to the lifeguards. Jen has always been there to help me at the front desk with my membership and any questions I have. Thanks to everyone just a greater place. Just a very friendly place to be.I feel like a family member.”
