“I'm trying to figure out why delivery of just a mattress is $259 and delivery with building and setting up the whole bed and frame is $259. The more I think about it, it's making me angry enough to cancel my order. It's not like the mattress is in a box like it used to be according to staff. If I wanted them to remove my old mattress, another $50. They convinced me to purchase a $259 mattress cover, staing that the heat and automatic adjusting wouldn't work without it. The more I think and type....the more angry I'm becoming. Hmmm.”

“I am very happy with my furniture. Salesman Randy was great, even when I changed my mind about a piece. They had zero financing I took advantage of. The delivery guys were great! I noticed a issue with the cord within 2 hours of delivery and they came right out to replace it. The prices was less then what I found at other stores (looking on line). The furniture was on sale at Langlois and seemed to be a true sale. The furniture manufacturer had great reviews, flexsteal. I have already encouraged friends/family to go check Langlois out for their furniture needs. I purchased 2 couches and a recliner originally. I called right after ordering to tell them I changed my mind and didn't want the recliner (buyers remorse and disapproving husband because we didnt need a recliner), Randy was so kind and offered to still give in a sale price for 30 days if I changed my mind. Thank you Langlois and Randy, we love the furniture!”

“This is a wonderful little store in Spring Lake. The decor, merchandise and owner make the place feel so cozy with lots of variety and furniture for sale. I needed a sofa and bed for my new house and the owner was so helpful. She sat with me for an hour and ordered exactly what I needed and then had it delivered within a week. Fabulous experience!!!”

“Great place to rent a storage unit!! I entered the facility with my access code for the first time on a Sunday and had trouble finding my unit. I called the main line and surprisingly had someone answer on a Sunday afternoon and direct me to where it was very quickly. The unit was clean and dry. Can't ask for more. I highly recommend the storage group for any storage unit needs!!!”

“Went to purchase 12 towels in two colors. The shelves did not have the quantity we needed in each color. A very kind employee was more than willing to stop what she was doing to help us out. She was mid 20s, short brown hair and glasses I believe. Not only did she check to see if there were more in the back and retrieve them, but she even made notice that I grabbed a towel of the wrong size. Very impressed with her intuition to grab an extra towel from the back of the size I intended to grab. Very thankful, I hate making two trips/returns.
On a side note, not a great idea to have only one employee man the whole self check out area and the lone register lane simultaneously. Especially, someone who isn’t techy.”
