It did take almost a week to get them out. However, they were very careful not to track in anything from outside. Also, after telling me that the TV couldn't be repaired, they looked up equivalent ones that were on sale.

Waiting patiently for 8 hours for Best Buy to show. Haven't shopped there in years and now we know why. Wont shop there again.

I have had two schedule delivery appointments. I had to leave work on both days only for the delivery driver to never attempt to make the delivery. They keep offering to reschedule stating no one was home. There are cameras around my home and ring doorbells at every entry. Geek Squad Bryan never showed up on any scheduled date. I still don’t have my appliance and they are trying to reschedule me now. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Bought a brand new washing machine with warranty and at malfunction after 6 month. Try to set up appointment through Geek Squad to have someone look at it nobody ever showed up called they have no record of anything totally waste of my time. Throwing the brand new washing machine out to the curb and going to a local appliance store to do my shopping for now on

The geek squad employee that "helped me" was a bit narcissistic. He did a great job of making me feel stupid. After all that, I didn't end up getting my phone fixed and he took my screen protector off without having the replacement in store. I left with a naked phone and am having troubles getting the lifetime replacement actually sent to my house.

Worst place ever. Some lady deleted all of my pictures. Meaning she reset my entire phone. I lost everything & her response was MY BAD… seriously? Thank you for taking away the last memories of my grandparents, my wedding & the delivery of my children.

HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY EAR BUDS CONNECTING TO MY PHONE ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS THE EAR BUDS THAT WEREN'T WORKING! HE GOT ME TO THE SITE TO REPLACE THEM AND I ENDED UP PAYING NOTHING! I TOOK UP ABOUT 15 MINUTES OF HIS TIME TOO!

Most of the time I am quite happy with the Geek Squad. This time I was quiet disappointed. It was probably more due to the Tech and his willingness to assist me with my concerns.

Very unhappy with phone appointments as they are illiterate, very frustrating as they do not know dates, time,software terminology, . In store staff helpful if u want to drive out to store as no phone number to store! Apple needs to step up and help Best Buy’s out!! But once again follow the money .
