Super friendly and helpful staff, I went to buy a cat tree for my little fellas and some of the cat nail caps so they don’t scratch up my furniture in the future lol, Olivia at the cash register helped me find what I needed and when I went to check out, Benny helped me save money with the cat tree by going to the website for the sale!! Thank you for the awesome customer service!

Great place to bring the kids to see the fun critters they have. The kids live it we we need to buy supplies because they get to see what is in the cages!!!

They usually have what I need. Being signed up as a member certainly has perks and incentives.
Edit: upon reaching the cash register with my items to purchase, I was interrogated and questioned about my purchases (I had a muzzle) in front of other customers by the cashier. I was then told how to train my puppy that I’m fostering and told that I should let my older dogs reach him how to not bite.
Why have muzzles for sale if they’re not for purchase?? Cashiers are not dog trainers and I wasn’t seeking unwarranted advice. I will continue shopping elsewhere.
