It was a HOT MESS in the store. No one said hello to until I was checking out. Seemed artificial when I was at the check out, saying hello, when you should be saying did you find what you were looking for? But that's just the customer service oriented person I am.I've been in retail since I was 14, I'm 51 now.No one said hello, in fact the employees were yelling at each other so they could hear their answers across the store! Unprofessional in my eyes.

I was told to sign up for the premium rewards program because it would give me 15% off my entire purchase, and I would save money. Obviously seeing as that was the only piece of information I was given, I figured “Why not?” I signed up and saved the money I was told I’d save, but after looking into the app, I found there was no way to cancel the subscription. I called customer support, and found out I was signed up for a yearly commitment of $10.00 a month without ever having been told I was signing up for that specific plan. I realize that’s not a lot for some, but subscriptions that I do use add up. Unwillingly having to spend $120.00 out of my yearly income on a store I do not visit more than twice a year is frustrating. At least now I’ll get 15% off the 5 dollar fish food I’ll be buying in 6 months :/ . I just wish this was communicated a little better/ I could have my purchase undone.

Like getting fish from the store, you haft to be extremely careful about what fish you grab because the fish are often sick would recommend if you buy to make a separate quarantine tank and put antibiotics in it.

This store recommended a guinea pig cage for a rabbit to customers that were shopping near me and to have employees recommend such dangerous information for a animal that needs just as much space and water and food as a cat or dog is disgusting. Do better!

With how prices of everything has gone up significantly Petco now expects customers to pay 10 cents per plastic bag at checkout! This absolutely insane and ridiculous to charge customers when the "thin plastic bag" will be thrown out when you get home. These bags rip very easily or already ripped at checkout.

Great product per usual. The cashier the day we went in apparently was in a not very good mood and was extremely short with my fiance over not knowing if his phone number was on the system. If she can't have a ting of patience,maybe retail isn't for her
