“UPS may suck sometimes... but lets be realistic. I have had 6 items delivered to this location due to the street drivers not being able to follow either online instructions through ups.com or the delivery notice they left on the door.But the guys in the warehouse have always been able to take care of what they are there for, which is get the package from a truck into my hands. 4 of the times that has taken 2 trips due to the pickers in the back failing to place my package where it belongs but again, the people at the customer pickup get it taken care of much faster than ANY utility/service (Spectrum/Verizon/auto repair place).”
