My elderly mother recently purchased a refrigerator from a large home improvement retailer in Iron Mountain. Unfortunately, during the delivery, the installers were disrespectful and berated her in her own home because no one had informed her that the retailer's installation policy does not include removing refrigerator doors when necessary to fit through a smaller doorway.

After that experience, we canceled the order and contacted Peterson Electric to see if they could help. From the very beginning, their team was professional, courteous, and willing to do whatever was necessary to ensure the refrigerator was delivered and installed properly, including removing the refrigerator doors if needed.
