“The staff here is always friendly and willing to help as much as they can. As with most places, the staff makes or breaks a place.Location is great too for those who are walking to a parts store from their place in Norway (much closer than Iron Mountain when you're on foot).”
“Bought my 2004 Ford F150 Lariat in August of 2021. Have been nothing but satisfied with the entire deal. The owner John is as trustworthy as they come. Had to have the truck worked on this Fall (ok with 185,000 miles on the truck anyone has to expect work needing to be done) and John was quick and attentive. The cost of the work was so much less than I had expected it to be. Won't go anywhere else to have my truck worked on. John also gave me a great deal on a new set of tires. You should make sure to buy and have your vehicles worked on at this place. And I am as about car repair illiterate as they come. Never felt like I was taken advantage of because of my ignorance. Go see this guy - you won't regret it!”

“Went in for my tire appointment and was told my tires were not ready and that I needed to come back. I was frustrated because I had prepaid for the tires and had called the day before to confirm that they would be ready. After I left they found my tires and they had been there the whole time. However, they called and let me know they made a mistake and that they were sorry. They then offered to waive my lifetime balance and tire disposal fee. “Sent Ed some pictures of my issue. Explained our situation of being 4 hours away. Showed up at his shop at 8 in the morning. He jumped right on it going to work. Worked his butt off for 6 straight hours with out stopping to get my mess fixed. If you need radiator repair in this neck of the woods this place should be your 1 and only stop. Thank you again Ed”
