I wish I could give them zero stars. I have never, in my life, had such a horrible experience with a company. They are grossly incompetent and if you’re able to use any other specialty pharmacy, would strongly recommend staying away from this one.

Their online chat ACTIVELY prevents you from speaking with a real person. It literally tricks you into clicking something that ends the chat.

Worse pharmacy ever. Avoid it if you can. They should be banned to do business. They are lied and told different things on different calls.
