“Can’t say enough good things about Ray and Twelve Oaks Pharmacy. Our family was new to the area – seven of us – and he and his team were beyond kind, empathetic, and efficient in making sure our regularly required medications were transferred without a hitch. In today’s day and age, finding a place that still does business right is hard. Finding one in the healthcare space is even harder. We’re truly grateful to Ray and his team for all they’ve done for us.”

“I visited the store yesterday, I only came for one product that they didnt sell in store, I was there quite a while but got stopped by Michigan 1st rep that was nice promoting services but my favorite experience here was shopping in fashion... I found alot of extremely great buys and got exceptional sevice from Destiny, she is a true professional and was very patient & kind she is representing Walmarts very well and shrle would be the reason why I would continue to shop at this location! “Christine in the bakery department is amazing with customer service & just her kindness alone is unmatched.. my cake order was declined after Novi experienced the water issues on March 7th which is totally understand and they were unable to make my order. Christine called me early Saturday morning to let me know they can’t make it but she figured out a way to get me a spider man cake for my sons she pulled it off for me and took a lot of stress of my day with a sheet cake pre mad with spider man accessories! Turned out super cute! she’s amazingly kind & very helpful. I will be back to see in my future bakery orders & just to stop by and say hi! I definitely recommend asking for her if you need help with a bakery order!”

“I've had a BJs Wholesale Club membership since 2019 but as of the past month, because of various promotions, I recently joined both Sam's and Costco. We came to this Sam's today to get out membership cards... Unfortunately, they were out of the cards (?!?!?) so I'll have to keep using my digital card for now, on the app.This was a very nice Sam's - I'd say it's comparable to the Costco in Commerce Twp. I received $45 off my order for joining (and membership was $45, essentially making it free!) so I used that today and got Annie's gummies (about $16), a T-shirt ($7ish), olive oil ($12ish), mini stroopwafel ice cream sandwiches ($12ish), and a salt grinder ($4ish), for a grand total of about $51 with tax ... Aka $6 out of pocket, for me. :)Gas price was $3.87 as of today (7/31/22) which is on par with the Commerce Costco too.This location is close-ish to my boyfriend (about a 25-min. drive) but the Madison Heights location is closer to me, so I'll have to try them later this week to see if they can print me a membership card...”

“These guys came in clutch! Im so happy they could help me. The holidays are so dang busy with tire sales that the call center books these guys back to back with no room for squeezing in a tire change on the weekends. As soon as they pull a car out, they pull a new one in. My tire was ordered but I couldn't make time on my schedule for an appointment yet but fate had other plans. My front tire, completely flat from a deep freeze we had, needed to be changed and these guys squeezed me in, made good on their word and did it all before close on a Sunday. I did look over the gentleman's shoulder too so I could see he had absolutely no time for me. They called me right before close and not only could they just do the 1 tire I needed but they completed my whole order. They are so good! This team deserves some good notice! Thanks guys!”

“This CVS staff members were kind considerate and helpful. I was talking to a pharmacy assistant and she wasn't quite getting what I needed. Immediately the pharmacist came over and asked if she could help me. Not only did she help me she may recommendations that were useful. I had a procedure and had my prescription sent over to a different CVS Pharmacy and asked if they could be transferred (there so I can go straight home rather than adding to my drive time). A couple of my prescriptions were over the counter, she sent me to the aisle to find them. While I was there I was having trouble immediately a couple of other staff members came over and asked if I needed help and I did. We found products similar but nothing that the doctor had ordered. After I went back to the pharmacy counter with the products that were similar. She told me they weren't right then she came from behind the counter and got them for me. Oh, I forgot to say that my doctor forgot to call over to prescription. She took care of that too. In this day and age when service count for so little and people seem not to be valued. I found everybody helpful and time. I hate, I didn't get the name of the pharmacist and the cashier who helped me with Grace and information. I highly recommend this Pharmacy. Thank you so much CVS for hiring such great employees. Service still matters.”

“So i can't give 5 stars as it's a typical CVS. Nothing special, nothing over the top. Unfortunately have had some issues, 1. Phone service is horrible, 2. Scripts haven't shown up in their system and I've even had doctors call them directly while at the pharmacy to confirm their ID numbers, scripts sent, when they sent them and whatever other additional information the pharmacist needs to fill a script. 3. They recently changed their pharmacy hours which are not that great if you work long hours, long distances away and also have busy family. Otherwise, its a pharmacy, it's a CVS service, options and offerings are standard for the chain.”
“I use their app to stay informed about my prescriptions, but it's not required: Walgreens pharmacy can send text info and reminders... and they offer automated phone messages as well. Take your pick!”
“My experience was customer service at its BEST. My wife requires some difficult to obtain prescriptions. Hawra, the pharmacist, listened to our problem getting an out of state doctor's script filled. She helped navigate me through insurance company, doctor's required paperwork, and Walgreens delivering the script. I THANK HER for her diligence to my wife's needs, even though she is a very busy lady. Walgreens should be proud of having such a customer centric pharmacist in their employ!!!”

“I was put on a medication that I needed for 90 days. And obviously it was a specialty drug. This is my first time using Accredo Specialty Pharmacy. and even though my medication needed prior authorization, they were able to speed that process up, and once it was approved, I spoke with customer service and my medication was sent overnight and received it the next day no problem. Very thankful for the customer service I received.”

“Quick! Competent! Efficient! They know exactly what they're doing, how to do it, and does it properly. I was in and out. Place is clean. Snacks affordable. No issues with Insurnace. Will definitely use them from now on over cvs and kroger. Easy parking too.”
