“I was about to give up. After a terrible experience at a boutique and needing to leave town my SIL suggested we stop here. I was 10000% against it. I thought everything would be cheap and poorly made. Although I think the store could use improvements for future brides...like cleaning the carpet and maybe having separate areas for brides and then other people trying stuff on, I still loved the experience. No it wasnt the high end boutiques I went to, no it didnt have the pedestal and all the pretty things saying my name. BUT GAIL FOUND MY DRESS. GAIL WAS AN ANGEL. I wanted to give up. I was tired, over it, and even confided to her in this tiny dressing room about being over it. She kept her spirits up, she kept my spirits up, she complimented me, she encouraged me and she found my dream dress. I truly think if it was anyone other than Gail, I would've given up and not found a dress. Thank you Gail if you read this. You are a star.”
