  My husband and I visited the branch inside of Kroger’s in Novi . The actual bank was not open but the gentleman working on Christmas Eve was so helpful , knowledgeable and polite .   This Branch does not handle cash transactions. It does not have cash at all, the tellers handle business transactions, CD's, payments as long as they are not cash. The tellers are friendly and professional. There is an ATM machine that you can talk to a live agent through a camera and do cash deposits, withdrawals.

  Love this bank and the tellers. Having extended Saturday hours is an awesome benefit. Always get great service.
