Staff is very kind and professional. I have never walked into any other shoe store and get noticed right away, getting offered help at the beginning is very nice. Most other shoe stores I've been to I have to request help. At Clark's shoe store in Novi Michigan the staff always takes good care of me.

Sale person did a great job handling everyone that came into the store. Just wish they had the color I was looking for in store instead of having to order them.
