Been a member for 15+ years. Just started my daughters account here because they have always been great and I'm pretty hard to impress when it comes to banks. Plus they have good rates. I shop them every time and still end up going with them.

Friendly, helpful, patient and customer-focused. Community financial has been a great place to entrust my financial transactions. Although, I do not have lots of face-to-face encounters, those that I have experienced are consistently positive. This location is always welcoming and also efficient.
