“Customer support at the Novi Best Buy is really great. The associates are personable and very helpful.Abel in the Geek Squad is phenomenal. I went in with a smart watch pairing issue, and he worked through determining that watch would not pair. He returned it for me and found another watch for less money than the original. He then paired it with my phone to ensure I could use it. He was charming and informative the entire time.I will continue to shop here based on the level of service I have received.”

“Needed to buy a band for my Apple Watch 45mm. I bought this watch (first Apple watch) this summer at a different location, but I got the Medium/Large size band and it is too big for my wrist. I didn't know that the bands came in different sizes and I just got the default size it came with.Ame helped me pick a band out and she explained a lot of Apple Watch's newest features to me, and showed me how to take on/off the band. Ame and I had a great conversation and to be honest I really liked Ame's energy. It was like hanging out with an old friend instead of a sales associate. She seriously knows her stuff and was telling me the new improvements in the 9 Series.A quick trip to buy a new band ended up being great conversation time. 10/10Come to this location.”
