When I come in with my arm brace on the owner always offers to shop for me so I don’t have to carry anything. Definitely goes the extra mile going beyond an owner. Just good hearted people!”

“Without getting into the details about the phone & the issues we were having - I had to be at the store for hours to take care of it (due to the phone, not the store) and they went above and beyond to fix our problem. Really, they truly had to think out of the box and be creative to solve our issue. They made sure I was taken care of, checked on my progress regularly, and were very patient & kind (shout out to Andrew, Ali, and Nate). All while the store became SUPER busy!! Also, I'm an android person and don't use Apple products. I was there with my daughter's iphone and they never once got frustrated or made me feel inept - in fact I felt pretty confident following their directions. I can see why so many people use these stores (and the store itself is very clean and has a welcoming vibe). It's great to be able to get direct, special service from knowledgable people like that. Thank you, Andrew, Ali, and Nate.”
