Never buying from this store again and from Express anymore. Worst staff ever and they do not know what customer satisfaction means. Had to return an item and they said it was not in its original condition due to just a cheap thread that was removed behind from a suit.
These policies explains why Express is going bankrupt. I don't think the owner of this store cares about these staff behaviors as I can read similar reviews about this store.

WORST client experience at the store and customer service. I placed an order for 2 dresses that I needed for an occasion. I received a delivery confirmation thru the app. However, I didn’t receive the package. I waited a couple of days, no package. I contacted express customer service, I was told the package was delivered according to the mail service. I had to go looking for the package at the post office. I finally tracked the package thru the post office weeks after the initial delivery confirmation. The items in the order didn’t fit and looked nothing like the pictures on the app. I attempted to return the items at the store, explaining the situation to the associate and the manager, I was told there is NOTHING we can do for you and I needed to contact CS since it was after the 30 days return policy. I contacted CS they said we can’t do anything for you, go to a store. I was ok with getting a gift card if a refund couldn’t be processed.
I have been a loyal customer at Express for years, never had any issues, their customer service is definitely the worst. I am a bank manager and customer care is definitely a top priority.

Older lady in the back room wouldn’t let me use the restroom. The restroom door is open in an open hallway with no signs that say employees only/no public restroom. I really needed to go and don’t want to leave the clothing I was planning on buying to run to the food court. She looked me up and down and said sorry no it is not for the public. I’m not the public I made a purchase that same day.

I was there to return the items and The store manager named Megan was helping me but she was rude and nasty attitudes and discriminate she was giving me hard time, she didn’t show her professional to the customers , This is unacceptable .!!! ????

Disappointed with staff - they do not greet you when you enter the store and they do not ask you if you need help with anything. Girl who looked like the manager seemed stressed at the register.

My wife stopped in and of course I walked over to the men's section.. wow I was very impressed!! I found myself liking many items. They didn't have my size so I ordered some items online at the same price. I definitely think I found a new place when in need of some clothes.
