I had the best experience at Express in Novi 12 Oaks Mall! Huge Thank You to David, he was so helpful even when I exchanged one of the items. It was so impressive that he remembered me when I came back and his friendly smile made the experience memorable!

Best customer service I had in a while. I had a dirty shirt on. They bought me like five or six items on clearance from the back and they show me where I can buy a really nice shirt for a great price. Got me out of there in like 10 minutes, went back to work looking way better than before.
