Graeme is the first person to ever help me and sell me my first fossil watch, and will always be the only person I trust to help me. To him, I am not just another sale, but someone who is going to walk out of that store knowing I made the best decision. The honesty, and confidence I feel going to him and picking a watch is unmatched. I am very thankful for him, and this store. I stopped by this store earlier this week to do some window shopping and was APPALLED by my experience with the older lady Donna. Truly I felt UNCOMFORTABLE and pressured to purchase something I was not ready for. I was just getting ideas for my daughter’s birthday but she made it a mission for me to BUY. Im not sure if she is new to Fossil, but they need to revisit their customer service and retrain their employees. I will not be shopping in a Fossil store again after this. When I went home and saw the bag/wallet I bought were cheaper on Amazon I thought I might cry. Brick and Mortar stores are struggling because of bad customer service like this! So unhappy!

This is a great Fossil location. I’ve purchased several work bags and now a hybrid smartwatch from them. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Nobody has ever been pushy or demanding. I’ve never had a negative or high-pressure experience. It’s always worth the trip to Twelve Oaks for this store.
