“Steven is a fantastic trainer! He’s also really great with teens and young athletes. My daughter and I saw results within the first 6 weeks which is the quickest we’ve ever seen progress when implementing a new fitness routine. The gym is always really clean. Everyone there is super nice and encouraging. The app is a really great bonus. We do a wide variety of workouts which is awesome and keeps things interesting, and I love that Steven also emphasizes NUTRITION as a key part of hitting your fitness goals. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend (especially if you’re someone who typically finds the gym intimidating).”

“The staff is super friendly and helpful when you have questions. The staff and their professionalism is it why the score was even a 4. From the last time I went to the facility in 2024, the facility itself was in great need of an upgrade and maintenance top to bottom from equipment, HVAC, restrooms, size of workout room, turf, and the like. Other similar and newly created businesses in the area have new equipment, enhanced workout turf, excellent atmosphere that add to the overall value of their programs often times with comparable or better pricing. I feel that with the Impact staff (which is most important) having upgraded facilities/amenities, it would definitely boost it to a 5 star.”

Everyone in the class was also incredibly friendly, supportive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. One of my favorite parts of dropping into CrossFit gyms while traveling is getting to experience the community, and Novi CrossFit was such a great reminder of what that community is all about. “I normally work out at a different Jazzercise location but gave this one a try. Michiko had incredible enthusiasm, especially as she had taught several classes that day already. The floor was not slippery which is always appreciated. There's a child care room too which was stocked with plenty of toys that kept my young kids amused while Mom sweated!”

“I’ve been a lifetime member for 20 years. First one was in Shelby Township, and then I moved to Rochester Michigan, and then now I’m in Northville. So I have gone to all the Liftime gym in the areas I lived. Now I’m at the Novi Liftime on Haggerty. The problem I’ve had with every Lifetime is the guys do not put their weights away. They’re using the leg press and put on eight 45 pound plates and do not take them off when they’re done. I have complained multiple times and nothing changes. I don’t think it’s my responsibility to Remove the men’s plates. They can push the weight, but they can’t take it off. They do not have gym etiquette, and it needs to be enforced.”
