    Jasmine who works today at Kids Foot Locker when above and beyond expected customer service when she went out of her way to help me with a specific shoe for my daughter. I know she was busy with other things but continued to look online for the specific shoe we've been hunting for she didn't have to but she made my day

    Horrible service, poor attitudes, common sizes unavailable, horrible vibe. The shoes met expectations but I will get them from somewhere else next time

    Novai was the store with the most children's shoes in stock, so I shopped comfortably, but I was disappointed to see the cold staff.
