I’ve always loved shopping at Lush, not just because they have great, all natural products, but because of what their company stands for; supporting and standing up for every living being: other cultures, religions, genders, etc, and of course animals. I especially love that every time I stop in, I’m (and my young daughter) are always greeted with warmth and kindness. One visit in particular was just over the summer, when Laura and Stevon were especially kind and welcoming. They were very personable, and seemed to appreciate us wanting to purchase items that go towards Lush’s great causes. It’s always a treat to stop into Lush!

I am obsessed with this place. It’s my only real ‘treat’ for myself. The staff is always kind and helpful. Caroline was beyond sweet, helpful and patient with me as I’m so incredibly indecisive. I would honestly say working with her was the best customer service experience I have ever experienced in my entire life. Yes, that’s what I said! What a sweetheart! I hope I see her every visit! Did I mention I’m OBSESSED!!!

I love going into this store not only for the products (most specifically the bar shampoo and deep hair conditioners) but also because the service is amazing! Vero and Bee were very friendly and welcoming, made great suggestions for me!

Veto is a wonderful employee. Today she helped my sisters and I experience the products that you carry. This was the first time visit for one of my sisters. We ended up with some great girts and products for ours elves. vero obviously enjoys her job and is very good at it. Thank you.

Vero recognized I was having a bad day- she approached me, talked with me, was very personable, and helped me focus on self care. I bought a few masks & super milk for my curly hair. I’m so happy I went to Lush that day, it was a self-esteem boost! 💚
