1st time in store- it’s beautiful.
Exchanging shoes for right size.
Guy working upstairs at Finish Line says too much time has passed since purchase- we’re stuck with them…?!?
(2 months) I say “that can’t be right, what can be done?”
He points to his screen, shrugs, says “nothing”
I suggest going down to service desk.
Service desk make exchange w/o issue- even say that he COULD have done it upstairs…?!

Please give Carolyn in jewelry a raise. She was such an angel!!! I stopped in quickly the day before my wedding needing to get my future husband a watch. I had a very specific type I was looking for and a budget. Carolyn kindly went to work on a busy Saturday and got me the best gift for my husband. He loves it and it looks amazing in our wedding photos. God bless you Carolyn!!

It is one of 3 places I buy my clothes from. Only 3 stars because their 30-day return policy sucks. Life is busy. I sometimes don't even have time to try out my online purchases for a week or two after they have been delivered. A 90-day return policy is not too much to ask for. And that's why my purchases at Macy's have gone down.
