Dirty , unorganized, mismanaged store. The employees make an effort to be nice but there are too many issues with the store for them to be effective at their jobs The Brighton store is much better.

Well this place is definitely for old people because all the employees move at a very slow pace. asked this lady to open a locked area and she said it would be minute as she drank her starbucks.
