“I decided to go there yesterday to see what my jewelry (gold and silver necklaces and bracelets) and watches were worth. Met Joe the owner…super nice guy with a positive attitude. His reviews online proceeded him. Very niche store…not gonna buy everything from you, but will give you an honest and more than fair price for your items. He even made recommendations for the stuff he wasn’t willing to purchase and gave me good referrals. Today I stopped in to get some directions from Joe and again he was courteous and professional. I appreciate that…so with all that being said, GO THERE if you’re in the market to buy, sell, trade, or pawn. Great experience. Kudos to you Joe…good luck sir.”

“Got a $1000 cross necklace for Christmas, two days later the diamond fell out. They were kind enough to let us do in store credit and I got a beautiful ring! BUT THIS IS THE REASON IM WRITING THIS REVIEW. the ring was worth $2000 marked down to $ 600 okay awesome so I decided to get the ring and a couple Pandora bracelets. Not even a couple months later THE DIAMOND out of the ring fell out. I don’t care if it’s marked down, this shouldn’t be happening! The customer service is great, which is why we wanted to come back and get more but after these experiences never again. I’m seriously so upset I could cry. This was my boyfriends first jewelry gift to me and it was extremely sentimental. I’m hoping this can be solved. I literally do hair for a living I don’t do harsh work with my hands! And I always wear gloves with chemicals!changing my review because I guess a new owner bought the store in march, he is going to fix it for me thank god. But I really hope I don’t run into any more issues thank you for helping me out”
