"They have a lot of great deals here. They even have a scavenger hunt for new members within a month of membership, which gives you great deals and freebies that can be used same day. The staff still seems a little shakey on these details, but they are very accommodating."

"This was my first experience at this particular Sams Club I thoroughly enjoyed its roominess there were some items I could not find but there were people there to help me and take me to my correct items and put it in the basket I thoroughly enjoyed my visit"

"No bags on checkout has its drawbacks. Apparently many people forget items in their cart when loading them into the car, and I among them. If the cart guys return it to the store, as they should, the item is marked in a book and you can reclaim it with your receipt. If, however, they decide not to or otherwise fail to record it, they have to watch the videos and will return your item only if they think they can see it. How likely is that though?
All in all, they put me through the ringer on this one just to get back what I already paid for. First they were going to return the item to me, and were easy to deal with. Then they weren't. Then the manager got involved and implied that perhaps I wasn't telling the truth, and inserted words into my account of my first encounter that I actually didn't say, and making me out to be a liar in the process. Then the original cs agent confirmed my account minus his extra inserted words, and the manager, now confronted with facing his own false assumptions, relented and finally but reluctantly returned the item that was left behind.
I bought the membership to do business with them. Not to fight with them. Is this really worth the hassle though? It's a discount, but at a cost."

"Simple return took more than 45 min and no real co-operation between staff and manager. System has some glitch which current employee could not fix it but other lady nor manager steps in to fix this issue. They were busy in helping other customer who came beyond me and putting me in frustration. This store does need good management support which is lacking. Every time I visit the store, I never get any best experience. Need to think about cancelling membership which is close to 0% member satisfaction. I just use the membership for gas fill up more than any thing buying in store. Not worth money. No fresh produce. Better with Meijer and Kroger who has better competitive rates with no membership."
