It started when I went to return a tv that I bought that same day that had blotches on the screen,. I saw multiple things that made me uncomfortable and I saw flat out wrong. First I spoke to a lady in management, Her name was Yolanda she was very rude and she was the one helping me out, she told me in a very smart a** voice that its impossible that the tv was broken and that I was lying!She kept saying the same thing over to me and i'm not sure if she was messing with me by making her voice sound like she was a little girl it was very unprofessional and she made me seem like I did something wrong in front of around 20 other customer. She was fighting with me to change out the tv I didn't even want my money back I just wanted a flat out new tv. After 30 mins of going back and forth she finally decided to swap them out. Thats when another guy named Kurt in management called over on the walkies for an employee named "Juan" to come help me load the tv to my truck. When the kid came over to help he got mad at Kurt for calling him "Juan'' and Kurts response was that "Juan was his landscapers name and that the kid looked like him". Hearing all this made me furious that management is stereotyping an employee for how he looks. I will never becoming back to this place and I am going to cancel this membership ASAP!

Manager Kurt is a cool dude! From the moment I first met him he was very friendly and helpful. I know there are rules to follow and one night when I was about to check out at the service desk I realized I left my Credit card in my car and Kurt not only let me go get it after 8:30pn but he also made sure I could get back in to pay. Today he really shocked me and it's not because he remembered me from months ago because I do think he did until I reminded him after. What he did for me today was A-1 Outstanding customer service. Long story short you are discounting a protein drink that is about to expire in 10 days but I wanted to try it bf buying 2 cases. I told Kurt how the case was $6 for 12 but they were still $1.99 at the cafe. He took me seriously and offered one to me to try. It was not until after I bought the other 2 cases that I found out from his colleague that he paid for it himself. You dont run into many people like Kurt, he is special and I plan on buying from this store more now then the one in Madison Heights and more than my local Costco!

Nicest staff I’ve ever had at a store before. So kind and willing to help. Greeters at the door always smiling. The store is clean and well stocked, there’s always samples to try, the food at the little food court is cheap and really good (try the hotdogs and frozen yogurt). Also their non food items like the clothes and backyard items are high quality. Shop here!

Customer services at Sam’s club- Novi is horrible. Tonnya at self checkout and Windy are so rude. They think being rude and vulgar would intimidate customers. They think everyone is a theif probably because they themselves are ones.

Simple return took more than 45 min and no real co-operation between staff and manager. System has some glitch which current employee could not fix it but other lady nor manager steps in to fix this issue. They were busy in helping other customer who came beyond me and putting me in frustration. This store does need good management support which is lacking. Every time I visit the store, I never get any best experience. Need to think about cancelling membership which is close to 0% member satisfaction. I just use the membership for gas fill up more than any thing buying in store. Not worth money. No fresh produce. Better with Meijer and Kroger who has better competitive rates with no membership.
