Sephora is a beauty retailer with a large selection of cosmetics, skincare products, makeup, lipstick, and amazing perfumes and fragrances. It offers fan-favorite and affordable brands. The store has good lighting and nice displays. The staff is always so nice, super helpful, kind, friendly, and professional, sometimes providing amazing care and going above and beyond. However, the store can be a gross mess, overrun with pre-teens touching everything, and it needs more cleaning. On busy times like weekends, some aisles are difficult to get through due to the volume of shoppers. The shopping experience is one where all are welcome. Services include in-store or curbside online order pick-up and same-day delivery.

They need more people walking around wiping stuff up and cleaning the testers it’s such a gross mess in there now and over run with pre-teens touching everything
