Had every intention to get a gift for a 75th birthday gift for my mother who is a collector for decades. We found the staff extremely rude (a middle aged lady with a chip on her shoulder and another person dressed in costume on November 8th, who was very snotty when we asked a simple question as we looked for a recommendations. Terrible and poor customer service!
Happily going to spend my money elsewhere. These places are better off hiring security guards rather than sales people who rather not be there!

My friends and I walked into the store to check out some of the cool displays. Sure, we had no intention of buying anything, but the treatment we received was unnecessary. We were chastised by the employee and followed around. Mind you, we were three black people. No one I know is dumb enough to steal from a jewelry store, that’s not ethical behavior plus the consequences aren’t worth it. To be followed around and harassed as black people is unfortunately common. It’s sad you can’t even browse a store without being deemed a thief. Do not support this store if you are black. This is what they think of you.

I have been coming here for years. Recently, staff has been slow, rude, and incompetent. Taking 30+ minutes to help a single customer just check out, not being helpful in the slightest, and then using a discount I was saving on my SCS membership when I specifically asked them not to because I was saving it for a larger purchase. I have never been more disappointed in a Swarovski location. I recommend going to any other location if you can.

Great customer service. I didn't purchase anything but I did find a bracelet that I will be back for. They didn't have a sale at this time. Our sales lady was a pleasure to speak with. She gave us some knowledge on what was coming out soon and also helped my friend with her purchase. I learned that a necklace I got for my five year anniversary with my company came from Swarovski. It's a gorgeous necklace that is a classic style. I've had mine for 3 years now and it's still beautiful.

I absolutely love this store. Customer service is superb. Of course, the jewelry is what brings me in time and time again. Swarovski has been one of my favorite brands for many years. I've placed online orders also and pick them up in store since I'm at Twelve Oaks often.

The sales associate was really nice and helped my friend find the perfect set of earrings. She walked us through the different jewelry items and even told us what was on sale. I love Swarovski!
