The store offers many great pieces, including gorgeous and classic jewelry that remains beautiful over time. Customers find amazing gifts and perfect items, often returning time and again for the brand's jewelry, with the option to place online orders for in-store pickup.
I had the most amazing experience at Swarovski Twelve Oaks!!! I didn’t happen to get the sales associates name that helped me but he was BEYOND generous. Educated me on how to persevere my jewelry and maintain its beauty. I will forever be a Swarovski customer because of this!!!

I wanted to purchase a limited edition figurine that sold out online. I saw they had it available in store. When I called to verify, they offered to hold it for me, which was much appreciated! Great customer service!
