Twelve Oaks Pharmacy is described as an excellent, incredible, and the best small pharmacy around. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to help. The owner, Ray, is fantastic and a big help. He knows customers by name and is always so nice. The pharmacy has a clean and inviting atmosphere, and the “shop” is very clean and modern with a nice open pharmacy. It sets the gold standard for patient care. The staff goes above and beyond many times. There is never a line to wait in. The pharmacy has specialty medication in stock and delivers it to the house either next day or in 2 days. Other places take at least a week and it’s a hassle. Ray meets with compassion, great effective communication, and promptness. He takes the time to address concerns, explain medications, and provide valuable insights. Ray even notes a condition in the chart to ensure future medications don’t negatively interfere. Customers do not regret leaving the big pharmacies. Twelve Oaks Pharmacy is highly recommended.

Friendly staff and Great service! I need a specialty medication and they have it delivered to my house either next day or in 2 days. Other places like CVS take at least a week and it’s a hassle

This is the best small pharmacy around. Ray, the owner, knows you by name and is friendly and always willing to help. I don't regret leaving the big pharmacies and coming here - they always have my meds in stock and Ray is the best!

Ray was such a big help when our son needed medication ASAP. I feel guilty to call and take up his time, but he is always so nice! The “shop” is very clean and modern, with a nice open pharmacy to see the employees.
