The finance manager that assisted me with my 2023 Lincoln Cosair was amazing. He and another salesperson made me feel very welcome. Hence, however, my experience dealing with the salesperson that assisted me with my purchase wasn’t favorable. He didn’t listen to me at times. I had to repeat myself over and over again. I was extremely annoyed and didn’t feel welcome. The overall dealership and customer service from the receptionist and service advisors in the back that assisted me were very kind and full of helpfulness. Would highly recommend the finance manager and his impeccable and kind demeanor to everyone else who is loolokg for a new or used Lincoln. Great selection of vehicles. Top tier indeed. Prefer them over BMW & Mercedes Benz any day. Great dealership overall.

Outstanding service manager response to solve my past issue resulting in a diasnostic fee that should of been under warranty, Pat the service manager personally called me to resolve issue and listen to my situation. Great customer service that listens to customer. BRAVO!!!!

I can’t believe how easy the process was to lease a new Lincoln. My sales person handled everything from trading in my existing car, financing details through, of course all the features available to me with the Lincoln that I wanted. I wasn’t handed off to anybody else during the process, and the process was the quickest I’ve ever experienced. Of course, Lincoln has unprecedented number of features and with a black label you get so many perks. It’s really hard to pass up going with Lincoln!

Our experience has been marked by a consistent lack of professionalism, from the salesperson's questionable morals and fast-talking approach to the sales manager's rudeness over the phone. A recent incident this year has highlighted these issues. Unfortunately, higher management has ignored my voicemail messages, neglecting to address my concerns and leaving them unresolved. Attached is proof that is was certainly this dealership. My wife included the information last week but was ignored. Larry and Brian are very familiar with what has transpired. So we would love to meet you or even a call from you.

This dealership failed to impress in every aspect, with my salesman Larry proving to be untruthful and Brian, the sales manager, exhibiting arrogance and incivility. I am grateful my lease has ended and would not consider transacting business with this dealership again due to their clear lack of principles and values. What is it that you need my lease was just turned in. I Lincon Varsity Novi. I’ve left a message on your voicemail and the General Manager voicemail when Brian became very rude on 6/29. My Buick was left on your lot for 17 days and unaccounted for. When Porter said he would handle my lease end. And Brian said it would have been towed but yet he couldn’t confirm when he had it towed for abandonment.

Our experience at Varsity went above and beyond expectation. The entire staff - phone, sales, finance, management - were all polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. Jere the General Manager and Sam in the pre owned department went above and beyond what i expected with my new preowned Corsair. I am hoping this will be my long term car now on. I love my 2021 corsair and best of all it has buttons. I am giving my son my 2024 Escape to drive because I like buttons. Thank you Jere and Sam. I highly recommend varsity Lincoln!
