“Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. While hopefully I will not need their collision repair services anytime soon, I at least feel assured I will have a trusted place to turn to if I do.”

“Spoke with Mark at Auto One this morning thinking that I might have to buy a new starter for my mom's car. He told me to bring it in and offered to take a look at it. Was completely surprised AND relieved when he told me that the starter was still working fine. Went over some details with me on how this particular starter works to avoid the situation in the future which I really appreciated since it's not my car. His honesty blew me away, he could have pushed a new starter and I wouldn't have known the difference. I'm really thankful and will think of Mark and Auto One when a starter or glass issue arises in the future!”

I could not believe the detailed work they did to clean the cars.. The price is very reasonable for the amazing work they do. I was very impressed the first time, so I decided to bring my mom’s car there and I met the owner and he was wonderful as his whole staff was. My mom’s car (a white Escape) had been sitting for a year and had a lot of sap & what looked like mold in spots. They got that car looking like it just came out of the showroom it was unbelievable.
