There was one person and he was helping a customer load her info on her new phone. I waited for over 20 minutes just to pay a bill. He never asked what I needed or anything just waited for her phone to download everything.

Asked for somthing on the phone was told no, i call the store by me thats normally open they always take care of me and never have told me no for the same reason i was told here. Just seems like they didn't want to do there job.
