This Kroger used to be my favorite. Friendly employees, reliable pick up. Now, my pick up orders are constantly canceled or pushed back, employees are rude. I try to avoid going into store to avoid exposure to germs as I can’t get sick and delivery fees are ridiculous. I hope the store returns to its original glory soon :-(

Every time I stop to shop at this location there are never any Shopping carts inside of the store.
I have to turn around & go back outside to retrieve a cart. ☹️

It's getting worse by the day...a whole bunch of lunatics in therehow do u have just one key for liquor & manager was gone with the keys @ 8:00p.m...what a shame.

I’m visited this store yesterday. I loved that there were so many cashiers working. I had not seen this for sometime. While there I stumbled upon a plant that I really really liked it was on a table that said reduced , so I was in heaven
because I thought that wow I’m getting a plant I want for a lower cost. When I got to the register, I was told by the cashier Georgia that the plant wasn’t reduced only ones that had a sticker on it at the table. I explained to her that all of them were on the same table and that if they weren’t reduced, they shouldn’t have been there at all. She stated to me that they weren’t supposed to be there, but someone may have put them there so she went over to the manager, Mike, and she spoke with him in regards to this, and he told her that there was some that were reduced and some that weren’t but basically there was no reduced cost or anything. Well, I asked to speak with Mike and I explained to him my dilemma the situation. He went over to the table and noticed that some of the plants were indeed labeled, and some were not. He stated the plants should not have been there.
So he gave me a discount on my purchase of my plant and I was so happy and I just wanted to shout him and his staff out. I want to thank you Mike for making my day.
I love Kroger‘s.

I went in and asked the cashier for a cash advance. To my surprise he didn't know cash back and a cash advance was the same thing. Next he directed me to the service desk which was closed. Of course I knew that already which is why I went to him in the first place.
Next he told me I had to make a purchase to get cash back. I know that's false because I do them all time time. That's the reason why the store charges $.75 for them.
So I ended up just buying a bag of chips at the self checkout which is probably what I should have done in the first place to avoid a poorly trained passive employee that didn't feel like servicing me.
You have to make sure the staff is trained on the products and services you offer and if they are not they should at least know where to get help.

The cashier Lori was incredibly rude tonight the top of the conveyor where you
Put your groceries was very wet I didn’t have many items I put my loaf of bread on top of another item so it would not get wet and she took the loaf and through into the wet spot and I told her it was wet and she said it only water from vegetables. After that her demeanor was down right evil. I didn’t say anything to cause her to treat me so bad. I even told her to have a nice night. She actually brought tears to my eyes and when I got to my car I actually cried I never had such an ugly experience with a cashier. She should be a door greeter in hell with her attitude. It’s really a shame. I would never get in her lane ever again and makes feel
Like I should not shop there.

Not only does the store usually kind of smell, today the self checkout cashier Pamela decided it would be appropriate to call me an inconvenience for not giving her my bottle returns before she walked away. Go to Aldi next door, it's not a ripoff there either
