Oil Change in Oak Park, MI

“REMEDIED ISSUE, NOW A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I had my oil changed on a Saturday afternoon — the usual quick and friendly service. But Sunday when I turned on the engine, I noticed a steady stream of oil pouring out from beneath my car and all over my driveway ☹️. Not good. No longer having a useable car and unable to do anything until they opened Monday morning, I was very frustrated. I know accidents happen, but I internally thought about how I’d never return here for future oil changes.However, I called first thing Monday morning and they went WAY above and beyond to remedy the issue (something wrong/defect with the oil filter). Mo specifically was EXTREMELY apologetic for the issue, and within an hour they came to my home to look at the vehicle, deemed it safe enough to quickly drive to the shop to fix, and returned the vehicle along with a refund for the oil change AND scheduled someone to power wash/scrub the oil off my driveway (which was done in the same day).Their above-and-beyond customer service and pleasant demeanor when I had the issue (which could have happened anywhere) will have me returning to this location for all future oil changes. “Like some of the comments on here have said these guys are the best! Got an oil change up there and they accidentally didn’t push the dipstick all the way back down the tube, so oil was being splashed all over my engine compartment. Accidents happen and it wasn’t that major of an issue. And I only noticed it because it was the middle of winter and I had to go under the hood to swap out a flat battery. When I took it back there they told me that just to make sure there were no contaminants in my oil, due to all the slush and snow that was on the roads that week, they gave me another complete oil change for free!!! And they cleaned all the oil off my engine compartment as well!!! It’s service like that and commitment to customer satisfaction which is rare in today’s world and these guys are champions of it!”
