Called AutoZone (Detroit) — staff ignored me and said techs were out, so I left. Went to O'Reilly's (Oak Park) — called ahead, technician ready with a battery tester, performed the free test, fast and friendly, in and out in under 10 minutes. Huge contrast — highly recommend!
