The facilities are well-maintained, and the process of opening, visiting, closing the units is straightforward. We've received great customer service both in person and over the phone. In addition to the packing materials, propane tanks, and chlorine you can purchase at the customer service counter, they offer unlimited free refrigerated bottled water and ice cream treats to storage unit holders whenever you stop by.”

“It's near enough to my house to be convenient, the unit is inside a building, & the price is reasonable (ish) tho the rates have been going up & they added an insurance requirement which, if you don't have homeowners insurance that covers it, means they'll tack on an insurance fee to your monthly payment. It'll do till I can figure out how to dispose of everything.”
