Brandan took so much time with us. He took us to our storage unit, made sure that our code worked before we left and thoroughly explained all the paperwork. It was such a great experience because we had such a negative experience at Public Storage at 20950 Greenfield Road in Oak Park, Michigan. The employee was HORRIBLE, RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL!! He is a white male, has glasses, mustache, a beard. If you are looking for a clean, professional, great customer service experience, go to 1 800 Self Storage. They have three locations and they will definitely take care of you!! They are doing everything RIGHT!!!

I had to transfer my storage unit to a bigger and better size to accommodate my furniture!! Tori helped me out without any hesitation and I still saved money that I didn’t have!!!!
