The Loop on Greenfield

Apartments
Hours: The Loop on Greenfield in Oak Park offers studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments designed with residents in mind. Amenities include a fitness center and walk-in closets, making it a comfortable place to live. Residents appreciate the friendly and caring staff, particularly maintenance workers who are prompt, professional, and helpful. They often go out of their way to ensure repairs are done quickly and properly, enhancing the living experience. The complex features a pool and a safe environment, creating a pleasant atmosphere for residents. However, some issues have been reported, such as delays in mailbox key access, partially fixed door hinges, and storage units still containing other people's belongings. There have also been concerns about gas being included but control over heat, and some packages being stolen from the porch. Despite these problems, many residents find the community to be a safe and well-maintained place to call home, with excellent service from staff and maintenance teams.
