“I am content living here. I feel safe and secure. The building is kept clean at all times. Majority of staff is very pleasant. I love my balcony. Only thing I wish was available is an in unit washer and dryer. I hate going to laundry room. However I do highly recommend this community for seniors. I do not participate in function, but they do have plenty to enjoy.”

“As we all know we live in a big community. And everything is not always perfect!!! I would like to give heads up to the office and maintenance department at the loop. I have had heat problems never called till today thats on me . I called this morning and maintenance were out their within 25 minutes. Ty so much!!!! The Loop cares about it tenants. They have new people that understands the needs of the people. I look forward to living at loop for years to come. Once again ty”
