“I can't say enough good things about Maurice! I was visiting Detroit from Milwaukee for the weekend when the clutch went out in my Subaru Crosstrek right as I got to town, around 5pm on a Friday. I had to be back home for work Monday morning and was worried I’d be stuck there until a shop could get me in the following week, but Maurice and his team came through for me. They got my car in right away, sourced all the parts on short notice, and had me back up and running the very next day.

All those guys - in customer service - Gus and Steve, all their mechanics - are like from exemplary, excellent book story.
They are very knowledgeable, but considerate, tactful, modest and very professional and friendly at the same time!
They create the atmosphere like you are among friends or family members. They explain to you all meander around your vehicle in the way that everyone can understand! There is no even one second that you could think that they want just get money from you and make business on your misfortune!
All those guys are presenting the highest skills in aspects of professional knowledge and also difficult dealing with disoriented individuals like me! Their honesty was many times evaluated and confirmed many, many times!
It’s not a coincidence that they are in business 36 years!
