“Came to Top Tech after a big lightning storm, and the south location was out of power. I took my vehicle to the street to their larger branch, and they were busy but very accommodating. Got an estimate back same day for significant work that needed doing on my Charger, and the staff were informative and worked with me to get done what definitely needed to be done. Should be said that despite the power outage, they used generators to begin whatever work they could on mine and other vehicles, and didn't let it stop them.They had my car ready next day, and I believe the pricing was very reasonable for what was done. Car is running great! Better than it has in quite a while, and I'm so thankful they could take care of it. I will definitely be returning in the future for further vehicle maintenance needs ane recommending Top Tech to others.”

Wayne did a thorough assessment of the car and let me know that it was save-able and that we could chip at the repairs over a couple of months and we did that. He was very detailed with explaining to me the process of a Volvo and he had to take the entire dash board apart to get the broken key fob out of the ignition. “Came recommended from a FB group. I called on a Thursday around 12pm to make an oil change appt. Said they could get me in if I could be there by 2:30. Showed up at 2:20 and was done by 2:45. The guys were all polite, gave me a quote for new tires, and after reviewing when I got home, I'm scheduling as it's a great price! I just want a good product for an honest price. “Nice staff, good communication but upon further inspection of my SUV by highly inclined mechanics from another auto shop, barely anything was replaced.. Most was cleaned and returned under the hood, a few things were replaced due to actual damage. Throttle body wasn't replaced, was informed it had just been cleaned and put back in along with other engine parts. Not a bad shop by any means just could use more attention to detail and proper procedures when replacing engine/transmission components. Overall I was satisfied with the work that was actually done and the reasonable price that was given.”
