Value World is a thrift store chain that offers a wide variety of quality items at fair prices. They buy items to ensure they meet high standards, focusing on taking care of the community and promoting sustainable living. Customers can find fashions for the whole family, including home items, shoes, accessories, and vintage treasures, with many name brands and designer options. Some locations may be more expensive, and prices can vary, but overall, their prices are better than some other thrift stores like Goodwill. The stores are often packed, requiring customers to be prepared to dig through the selection. Clothing is usually well organized, but some shoppers noted that items like records and books can be mixed together or hard to find. Shoes tend to be worn out, and some customers felt that the condition of some items, especially shoes, was not ideal for resale. The stores do not accept returns on pricey items, and dressing rooms are usually unavailable, which can be inconvenient. Staff members are generally friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive shopping experience for many. However, during big sales, long lines and limited cashiers can be frustrating. Overall, Value World is appreciated for its wide selection, quality items, and community focus, making it a popular choice for thrift shoppers seeking variety and value.
While the customer service was great, the prices were very unreasonable. Many items could be bought brand new at the same price point. I did find a few good pieces on sale. I'm happy with my purchases but this was not a thrift experience that would make me want to return.

This location is the most expensive Value World I have shopped at and while they do have many nicer items it is still overpriced. It was also unfortunate to find out that they do not accept any returns for such pricey items even though they also don’t have any dressing rooms.

One of my favorite stores, but one thing I don't like is, when you know that you're going to have a big sale, why do they only have one cashier, and the line be so long.
